Our
process begins with a one hour complimentary consultation. At
this meeting we take the time to determine what is important
to you. We look at the big picture such as your current financial
situation, your family circumstances, your unique needs, goals
and life dreams. Any information you share with us is always
held in confidence.
We take the time in order to save you time. At this meeting
we jointly determine which services will benefit you and then
we connect you with the partners who will assist us in helping
you meet your goals. We actively coordinate these ongoing services
to keep you on track. Each professional you consult with will
discuss fees prior to implementation so you can be confident
that there will be no surprise or hidden fees.
Our commitment to you is to complete the process from the initial
meeting through the implementation of the plan. Proper plan
implementation and follow up is crucial to reaching your personal
and financial goals. We welcome the opportunity to assist our
clients through the planning process; in fact, we consider this
one of the most valuable services we provide.
Schedule
of Consulting Fees
The following schedules are a guideline. Because all clients
are unique, we evaluate each situation individually so you may
find that you fall somewhere in-between these phases. After
our first meeting we will be in a position to give you a specific
range for our planning services.
• Accumulation Phase -This phase includes
basic plans that are for the young to middle age investor or
family. Generally we evaluate estate planning documents; benefits
provided through your employer such as disability, life insurance,
qualified retirement plans and section 125 plans; IRAs; general
investments; beneficiary designations; college planning; mortgages;
credit reports; and budgeting. We will take the time to understand
what matters to you most. With your input we will organize and
develop a plan that will help you understand where you are today
and what you will need to do to meet your objectives. During
this phase you will receive an organized, detailed and personal
summary of how your financial plan is currently structured and
a recommended strategy. The fee for this type of plan ranges
from $500 to $2,000.
• Distribution Phase - This planning
level is for the individual or family that is planning for,
approaching or just entering retirement years. This phase generally
is more complicated and requires more extensive research. Often
it includes ownership in a business or real property. Just as
in the accumulation phase, we begin by reviewing your estate
plan, life insurance, long term care, employer benefits, budgeting
to better understand your future income needs, Social Security
benefits, stock options, IRAs, general investments, retirement
plans, mortgage versus no mortgage, understanding your credit
report, living legacies such as college funding for grandchildren,
comprehensive distribution planning and the tax implications
on drawing from the different sources of income that are available.
With your input we organize your assets and develop a strategy
that will meet your income needs in retirement. We help you
transition from the accumulation phase of your life to the distribution
phase. In this phase of life many investors have shifted their
concept of risk from market risk to the risk of running out
of money. We help you achieve a clearer vision of your retirement
“picture” as you transition into the retirement
stage of your life. During this phase you will receive an organized,
detailed and personal summary of how your financial plan is
currently structured and a recommended strategy. The fee for
this type of plan ranges from $1,200 to $3,500.
• Legacy Planning - These are generally
one time planning events such as, planning for a disabled child
or grandchild, divorce, setting up a charitable gifting program,
death of a spouse or a second opinion on a current investment
plan. The fees for this type of plan range upward from $500
with no specific limit.
• Hourly - Fees for various projects
such as funding trusts, division of assets, changing beneficiaries
or re-titling of assets are billed at our hourly rate of $150
to $250 for professional work and $75 for paraprofessional.
Schedule for Investment Advisory Services
Our Investment Advisory Service includes the management of assets
incorporating equities, individual bonds and mutual funds.
Our annual fee is based on the assets we manage for you as follows:

Additional Services
Our qualified and detailed operations department will provide
full operational support. They will facilitate and follow up
on requests, open new accounts, transfer assets, complete paperwork
and identify any other services as needed. Depending on the
level of our relationship we are ready to provide the following
